Does anyone know how I can open my back door, the child lock is on and now the door won't open from the outside so it's completely locked .

Have you locked and unlocked it a few times?
Can you hear the mechanism latching?

Have you tried using the manual door lock in the driver’s door? I’d take it to your dealship - it might be something simple but sounds dangerous, if (heaven forfend), you have an accident and there are passengers in the back - and it happens another time!
