Door mirrors fail to fold when car locked

Yes, this is a common problem. My 2020 model ZS has been doing it on and off since 6 months old. Doesn't worry me as I don't need need fold in mirrors here but shouldn't be happening.

I have had and still having the same problem. Been back 3 times now and the fault has just come back again.

Has anyone else had this issue? Seems to be happening more often with my MY21 ZSEV.
If I give the driver's side mirror a whack and re-lock it usually folds, but I wouln't think that the best solution!

Yes, MY21 ZSEV also. I used a silicone spray into the slot between the mirror and its base. Some leaked onto the door over time but was easy to clean off. No problems since the treatment.
