(ERROR) Update map Europe Mg Touch

I'm new to the forum and I loved finding it
I have a Mg EHS HYBRID, I bought the 2023Q4 Europe maps update through Naviextra, when it is installing at more than 50%, it appears (package not valid), I have already tried several pens of 8gb, 16gb and 32gb fat format.
Can someone help me? Thank you very much

Hello How were you able to fix the navigation system of the MG EHS? I'm in the same boat The car doesn't recognise the USB created on the PC. I don't know if I have to update the maps to be able to use the radars.
