First impressions of Evans Halshaw MG Grantham… not great. I booked mine in for its 2nd service for 5 days later and they called me the day before to say the parts won’t be there at the time selected. Had to book another time slot. Drop car off, the service is carried out, was informed the report would be emailed to me - still waiting a week later. Driving home, the HVAC is now making a ticking noise - I believe they change the pollen filter on this service, so I assume they’ve left something loose as it was silent before. Can’t investigate further as the car has gone off for accident repairs…
