We purchased our white ZS EV here this week. Kev was great to liaise with and matched the price we could obtain elsewhere.

The whole purchase was all done via emails, not one phone call. The brand new car was ready to collect within two weeks and this was over Xmas and new year in Tier 4 and then full lockdown.

Once it was ready it was 'click and collect' only due to lockdown, so the collection was extremely brief, only a few minutes with Kev, but overall the process was very satisfactory.
 
Looking to see if Kev can help us out, too. Sent a few emails to various dealers tonight. Will see what comes back.
 
Picked up our white ZS EV on 7th Jan. click n collect. Very easy online process. Giles kindly sent us a video explaining the basics of the car. (No. Plate was wrong, they sorted it in less than half an hour)
Very pleased with the service!
So far so good!
 
Just had george serviced yesterday overall good service they could not find details of my mg service plan so just got email from phone as confirmation which was enough. Would be nice if i could have some paper work showing what they did.
 
Picked up new MG5. Was handed over with uncharged 12v battery, had not been prepped (dirty sticky screens) or checked over. Broke down 20 mins later on M25 causing massive tailbacks.
Not a happy experience by any means. Full report in MG5 forum.
