Gridserve Exeter?

I am shortly to visit Okehampton for a few days (no I am not playing golf at Ashbury/Manor), and intend to charge at Gridserve Exeter on the way there and on the way back. However, I think I read somewhere that some people have had issues with the Exeter Gridserve, but I now can't find where I read it. Does anyone have any knowledge of this? Okehampton seems rather isolated in relation to "credit card" chargers it seems. I know there are Instavolts/Ospreys in Exeter, Crediton, Barnstaple, Bideford and Plymouth, so if necessary I will have to visit those.
