Hello MG

My car has stopped responding to either the voice button or hello mg. Any ideas much appreciated.

It responded when I first got it. Has yours not got the "voice" button on the steering wheel?

I think they're standard steering wheels . My MG 5 had it ( the voice button),my ZS Trophy has it neither work for the Hello MG function

Maybe I just imagined it used to work then. Might have been android auto that was responding to my voice.

It does, but a single press just allows voice interaction for making calls via a Bluetooth-connected phone ... there are no command options like "Open Windows" or anything like that. A long press of the button (when Android Auto is active) launches the Google voice assistant.

My trophy extended range works with Hello MG, as long as i speak the kings English. I have used it recently to "Navigate to ......" when I found myself temporarily unaware of my exact location. I wasn't lost, no...
