HELP NOT CHARGE

My ZS mk1 will not charging
Says connected not charging and doesn’t change
I have tried another charger with no luck
Any ideas I need the car tomorrow

Have you successfully charged the car before or is this the first time charging it?

I’ve had it since new over 4years now
I’m using a 7kW charger which has been working fine and I’ve tried the granny charger but no luck

I’m now trying to charge the 12V battery and I also tried a reset by disconnecting the 12V battery for 10 minutes.

OK.

A Long shot then, try disconnecting the 12v battery for 10 minutes.

Reconnect and try again.

But try locking and unlocking first.

Good Idea with the 12V battery though.

If you have a voltage reader test the battery.

Try a rapid charger. If that works, you have a workaround.

If it doesn't, your car may be off the road until you can get it repaired.

Check the charging socket for corrosion. Perhaps clean with metho and a cotton bud/swab.

Any joy?, I've heard that holding the plug in while it's conducting the handshake may help (Mr EV YouTube).

Yes I think this was the problem it started charging and I got a full charge
I have since changed it with no issues???
