In out, in out, (with some) shake it all about

That's been posted about previously ... I can't remember exactly what the workaround was, but I recall something about selecting a DAB radio station.

Problem happened after the radio broke (just stopped playing a DAB station) and all kinds of strange behaviour ensued include soft resets, randomly displaying the AC screen, turning on the AC and so on. It got stuck on the screen shown in the video clip. As you can see from the display the right-hand list of icons is not available so very difficult to find a way to get the system to reset.

Reset using the physical home button underneath the screen.
Once you get the home screen on, tap the radio icon then on the radio screen select DAB.

Thanks, I'll try to remember that for next time.

Unfortunately the hard home button didn't work either, the problem persisted. Not sure if it is related but the SatNav decided to ignore the inconvenience of roads and send me in a perpetual circle trying to get physically closer to the destination despite the fact the road I was on never reached the target. Perchance the car had its first service yesterday and received a software update so hopefully that will fix it....
