iSmart app can only be used to a limited extent after update

Hello everyone, I have a ZS Facelift Connect / Luxury from 2022. My iSmart system in the vehicle has received an update of version R12 to the current version R22. Since the update, some functions of the app no longer work. Before the update, the app worked perfectly. Now I am no longer shown a SOC and I can no longer start the heating Because the app always shows that the bonnet is open and the vehicle is not locked. And as long as the car is not locked, the heating cannot be started. Tire pressure and internal temperature in the vehicle scan are also not displayed. The scan also shows errors in the airbag and power steering system . Locking via app works but the app still shows that it is not locked. Blinking is also possible. The location is also transferred. The app and vehicle have already been separated and reconnected. The digital key also works without problems. Has anyone ever had that? Or an idea what else I can do. My dealer has no idea what it could be.
 
Have you tried factory reset in the entertainment screen
Or a 10 min battery disconnect give the car a chance to reboot everything at once?
 
I had to unbind and rebind the car to get everything working after this update.

But at the moment I think there's some server issues. My last reported update by the car to the iSmart system was 2200hrs last night.

I cannot currently get a connection to the car. Says the systems are unavailable and to try later.
