Hi All
Two week in this car and need to ask on the ISmart app, in the battery you can set a battery heating to come on, do you know if this will turn its self off after some time or not.
I ask this as the most I be getting over the last two weeks is 3.5 miles / kWh and I was playing around with yesterday. Now this morning I set off and I was getting 4.1 mile / kWh so I am not sure if the battery heating had come on or now it’s two week to the day that the car has got to know my driving as normal set is 2.5 mi/kWh over the two weeks.
It does say schedule heating 1 hour before using the car and that a big jump on miles / kWh if you use it.

Read the instruction manual on battery heating, you don't really need it unless rapid charging in winter. You don't need to heat the battery for driving ...

I can not find anything in the instruction manual about battery heating ( first thing I always say ) and like you say I was thinking it was for rapid charging but after this morning I am thinking a bit different so some experiments my need doing.

Charge the battery before leaving and it heats it.
