Issues with Aldi charge station

Had my 5 FL for about a month now with no issues re charging…. except at local Aldi store. Simply can not get a charge on any of the stations.
I know the stations work as I’ve even stood with a neighbour whilst they plugged their car in with no bother. Followed the exact same procedure….. nothing!
No problems charging anywhere else. Just wondering if it’s only me had this problem.
Shell recharge (which run Aldi stations) website/app is as much help as a chocolate ashtray and I’m just baffled why it’s only my car that won’t charge.
Any similar experiences?

The only time I ever it attempted to use a public charger it was a Shell one and it didn't work.

"Dave takes it on " on YT had the same issues. I'm wondering if these chargers are put in place to receive the subsidies and then do not work so reducing any maintenance /running costs.?

That’s the issue though. Any time of any day there are other cars there happily charging! Just won’t work with my car.

Chat to one of the working car owners next time and ask them to plug in your car using their cable/app.

Check that there are no charge schedule/SoC limit active. After plugging in, lock the car before you initiate a session. Take note of what is says on the dash..
