To the best of my knowledge no MG EV / PHEV comes as standard with a spare wheel kit.
Like most cars these days, the manufacturer opts for supplying the tube of gunk and an inflation pump !.
You can take the option to purchase a spare wheel kit, as the earlier MG EV models ( except MG4 ) where originally ICE vehicles and the body shells where designed and pressed with a wheel well in the boot, in order to carry spare wheel onboard.
I imagine the HS will be the same ?.
Strangely enough, the spare wheel ? from the original HS was found to be suitable for the Gen1 ZS EV when it was first released in 2019.
This is because the ZS EV has the upgraded wheel hubs and wheel bearings fitted, instead of the standard hubs found on the petrol models.
I assume this is to handle the extra weight due to the battery pack.
Please do not be tempted to lift the car with a Jack under the sill in any other place than it is designed for !.
There must be at least four safe reinforced areas on the car, in order for them to be lifted on a two poster ramp at the dealership ???.
Sure enough, page 267 covers the subject very well !.
