Lane assist issue?

I'm having the PD052 update applied in a week - the over-revving is still occuring but I manage it better with heating down and more controlled driving.
But before I take it for the update I wonder if any of you have had any issues with lane assist.
I've driven the car 2 months and on a few occasions noticed
1. If I do drift over a central line the lane assist seems to pull further across the line.
1. Just driving normally, well within lines, lane assist tries to correct me. Happened again today.
Not necessarily a major issue but doesn't half give me a scare for a split second.

I've noticed that with the centre line too, it's happened when I've come over to the touchline. Both with ACC switched off
