Locked out of system

So i got my new MG4 (it's called Mulan, 2022 version imported from china) and as i was cruising back home, i saw a profile tab somewhere in the settings. I tapped "logout" and it prompted me with a phone number and password fields under a "qr code loading failed". I can't load the qr code that's supposedly to connect my phone and account, whenever i refresh it says "network abnormality". I also cant access any settings other than AC and Driving. lastly, the software is poorly translated from chinese and a lot of prompts are still in chinese.

Can I install a proper firmware release or should i take it to the dealership?
any help would be appreciated

There seem to have been a lot of server-side issues with MG's servers recently, so this issue may not just be you or your car.

I think the office cleaner keeps unplugging the server to use their vacuum cleaner.

I'm not sure how would it attempt to connect to MG servers if it's not connected to internet in the first place.
Photo is the only thing i can interact with other than A/C, driving modes, and 360° cam.
