Does anyone know what coverage there is within the free MG Assistance service for tyre punctures? I note this condition:
any additional charges resulting from failure to carry a legal and serviceable spare wheel(s) or tyre(s) in the Eligible Vehicle.
The AA will endeavour to arrange assistance from a third party on behalf of the Authorised Driver but will not pay for the cost of the call out or any repair. All other costs are the responsibility of the Authorised Driver

Now obviously there is no spare wheel or tyre with the Cyberster, so what happens if you get a serious puncture than cannot be fixed with the tyre repair kit? Will the AA recover the car or not?

This is why I'll be carrying a space saver and wheel changing kit when I get mine, just can't believe how the vast majority of people are just fine today relying on third party rescue for such a straightforward occurance!

Once upon a time I did a site agent a favour by setting off at 16:30 one day to rewire a hot water cylinder in Bishopton in a brand new house due for handing over the following day. The security guy. Let me on to the site and I drove round and attended to the cylinder.
As I manoeuvred to turn the car, a Citroen Berlingo, to head home, a rear tyre clipped a sharp bit of concrete kerb.
I had a spare and changed it and I think you can see why I always carry a spare even if it’s a space saver, rather than rely on plugs or gunk etc etc.
