Has anyone had issues with the MG iSMART app? The last few days, we can’t get on it to set up a charge for the car. It just keeps saying it’s failed and to try later? We have used different phones, uninstalled & reinstalled the app & restarted phones to no avail! Its frustrating!
 
Press and hold the "Home" button for about 15 seconds until the screen goes black. It will then reboot as though you have just switched the car on. A lot of connection errors are with the car rather than the phone.

Noticed two problems:

1 Setting scheduled charging and saving it does not show up on the screen of the app.
2 Sometimes charging stops and the charging box with is flashing light tells me "Checking". Then have to hit "Start Charging" on the app to get it going again.
3 The charging point at the open door is sometimes lit up and sometimes not?

On the Whirlpool Automotive and MG4 EV forum one user suggested setting scheduled charging on the app AND the infotainment screen - just a bit inconvenient, but claims it works 99% of the time!
