The very same question has been asked over a 100+ times for the ZS EV Gen 1 model.
The answer is likely to be a very strong 99.9% - NO.
UK cars are just not equipped from the factory, with the necessary modules to enable this facility.
It's not just a software issue, hardware is also required that is not installed at the time of build.
It is a similar situation with the new facelift ZS EV ( Gen 2 ).
The top of the range Trophy Connect model has voice command function ( plus extras items ).
It is another £600 extra over the price of the standard Trophy model.
If you DON'T upgrade to the Connect modal at the time of your order, you can never update the standard Trophy model at a latter date.
Why - because the necessary modules are omitted from the Trophy model at the build stage, at the factory.

In New Zealand I understand that it is possible to make a cellular call to our emergency services number (111) from a cellphone which does not have a SIM card.
