MG iSSMART App

The MG iSMART app, on my phone, is now failing to charge my MG ZS EV. This has happened since I amended the phone number it showed in settings on the app. I can turn on a/c etc using the app. Would you advise deleting the app then reloading it?

I find it pretty useless for charging and use the Ohme Home charge point app or the car controls
