Q1-Q3 sales dropped to less than half of 2023. MG4 lost 59%. BYD is the big winner. Be aware that, in general, EV sales are dropping.
Is it similar in your country?

MG like other EV manufacturers are currently discounting heavily in the UK to keep sales going, if they did not i am sure sales would be dire.

All dealers, EV and ICE cars, have been pre-registering cars via the manufacturer to keep sales up. That is why you see so much discounting. Especially where the cars are older.
However, will the bubble burst?

Don't know, don't care. What will be, will be. ??

Any news on european deliveries, now that import tariffs are so high? Could MG exit the market entirely with their EV lineup?

If the manufacturers want to avoid some hefty fines they are going to have to sort the sales figures out. Each EV sale is worth £15,000 less in fines, that gives a lot of leeway for discounting, is it worth knocking £10,000 off the price still saving £5,000 from the fine or do you keep the price the same and take a £15,000 hit?

Initially no. Some Chinese brands like BYD are already investing money in European factories. And with Chinese goverment compensating them they will remain competitive. I expect MG will take the same road.
But in the end prices will go up and the gap between prices on Asian markets and here will only increase.
There are however things possibly changing the entire European EV landscape. The biggest hit in sales was taken in Germany because they suddenly removed all EV subsidies (similar thing to happen in NL). Germany is the biggest automotive market in the EU. If there is no Return of Investment on the horizon in Germany for Chinese brands, they may step out after all. This could affect all European markets.
