MG3 Hybrid+ Car vs Manual

I've had my new MG3 Hybrid+ for a few weeks now and seem to be finding quite a few things mentioned in the manual missing from the car.

First up is the message centre - manual talks about all the different modes this has (health centre, trip computer, navigation, settings, media and bluetooth phone) but my car only has health centre, trip computer and settings - all the other modes seem to be missing.

What does the SOS button do and who does it connect to - manual is very vague about this?

The sat nav has options in it that can be turned on so it says place names and road numbers but they are all greyed out and can't be selected - any idea if this can be turned on?

Is anyone able to confirm the latest software version for the car as not sure if some of the above has been added / changed in later versions.

I can only answer the Sat Nav bit mate.

Sat nav sound

I have had my hybrid for a while but never used the sat nav. Now I need to use it for holidays but alas no sound, I have been through sat nav settings to no avail, the section that mentions voice and street names is greyed out. Any help would be appreciated.
