What do you plan to do with the information, apologies if it's in the 1st post.

I've done the survey anyway
 
the plan:
- to inform owners about feedback from community

=> to communicate over borders and to have international community to share informations

On french forum, we wonder if it would be interesting and useful to send it to MG.
In any case, it is too early to say and the community would be consulted on this choice.
At the end of the summer we will take stock.

The most important thing is to vote so that the survey is the most representative.

I'm in New Zealand, but the survey didn't give it as an optional location; used Australia. Similarly, mine is sold here as an MG4 Essence 64kWh; I answered - forget the exact word but something like 'normal' 64 (SE 64?). Some questions would be better with "N/A", "Don't know", or similar option; often used '3'. A general comment section would be good too.

@tomb Thanks for your feedback. Like you see ( MG4 EV's owners survey) we had many countries in the list because of community feedback.
MG4 in Europe is only EV and the survey is for "MG4 EV's owners survey" only. I have changed the title.

At the beginning, i wanted to include a "General comment section" but it's a free answer and it's impossible for us to create stats or to process it. We use only multi choice questions.

For the rest, it could be a part of improvements.
But honestly, it's lot of work to create the form, analytics and espacially motivate people to participate without more help.
I will finish the 2024 campaign, analyze the result and share information with the community.

After that, I will think about but I'm not sure to create a 2025 compaign (interesting to compare every year) without more support.
 
It wasn't the Paris Olympics but a hell of a challenge all the same.
The international survey for MG4 owners and by the community is coming to an end.
For my part I am very satisfied with the result, 432 votes out of many countries with the means at hand is still not bad and I thank allarticipants.
In 2 weeks I will make an assessment for the French market.
If some wish to do the same for other countries, they should not hesitate and communicate on their approach.

The question is: Would you like to communicate the result to MG? if so, to whom, and someone would need to bring this point and follow the subject with MG (France, UK, Europe,...)?

Even if I am interested in it, I do not think I will renew the poll for 2025 because it requires too much work to motivate voters.
As always, I am open to help if a group of people would like to take up the torch.
 
Conclusion of the 2024 MG4 Owners Survey for the French Market:

First of all, it should be noted that France is the leading contributor to this survey with 42% of participants.
On many points, the feedback from the French market is common to all other countries.
First, sales are dominated by the Luxury (60%) and the Standard.

It is important to note that all MG4 owners use home charging at more than 82%.
All respondents particularly appreciate the battery technology and the pleasure of driving the vehicle.
The more negative points reported are the management of updates and the driving assistance tools.
It should also be noted that the customer-MG relationship is positive and that the general satisfaction with the purchase of an MG4 is very high.

The divergent point of the French market compared to others is the strong correlation between financial aid and the purchase of an MG4.
94% of French respondents received financial aid for the purchase of the vehicle. Moreover, there is a drop in sales when the aid was either removed or reduced.
The most surprising thing for me is finally the good appreciation of multimedia and above all, the very good impression that the MG brand gives to its customers.
This feedback goes against the feedback that we have read on the various forums and my own experience.
We can put forward different ideas to explain this point:
  • The forum participants are people who are faced with problems. They are perhaps more demanding than others and are invested in the subject.
  • For the vast majority of users, there are few problems related to the vehicle or they are minor in their eyes.
