There are always detractors of made in China, of EV...

Some owners are also worried about the sustainability of the brand, resale, etc.

Wouldn't it be interesting to do a big satisfaction survey open internationally to objectivize all of this? We could therefore know the opinions of users based on km, years, country, SOH, model.....

It could look something like MG4's owners poll (in English)

I won't be doing the survey, I don't understand some of the questions and there are too many questions. I am happy with the car and have no regrets buying it . That's all you need to know.?

Not sure sustainability of the brand is an issue as SAIC are one of the largest car makers in the World (the largest in China), if you buy a VW or GM car in China it has been made in a SAIC factory. They are pretty much the Chinese equivalent of Stellantis

I do not think many of us will be able to answer them anyway. What I'm missing is a multi response question about improvements needed. A multi response question allows you to answer a question by selecting multiple possible predefined answers or even the answer option 'other' (which triggers a free text field), as opposed to just one answer.

About "whatever": just ask if someone would consider an MG branded car again.

Some questions/answers doesn't really match my answers.
Like charging, I only charge at home or very rarely at public fast chargers. Charging at job is not really a thing here. We have two 50kW chargers, but they are as expensive as public chargers.

And MG service? I have never been in contact with MG and probably never will as all contact is through my dealer.

My experience with my dealership was not me coming to them for an issue but waiting for a towing harness I paid with the car and them installing it, so not really after-sale in a way and without much potential for conflict. So I could somewhat answer but how many people taking the poll shouldn't ?

I don't want to create noise in a poll that will probably have a big enough margin of error due the number of answers.

Past history says that people respond much better to poll inside this forum than externally hosted ones. We've had various surveys before and gotten 150-200 replies from UK owners.

a couple day before , I asked to the community to give me their feedback about questions... before to publish the survey
There were few answers and none about mandatory questions that's why ;(

But I have changed to put SOH, MG service questions optional because it seems a good proposal.
