MG5 FL LR build-in microphone issue

2nd month with my new mg5, make calls thru the car handsfree, every time got feedback from the other side that my sound quality is horrible, like wind noise with robotic voice, even the car is parked.
Tried Google, not alot of help. Anyone else have the same issue? Is this software related known issue? Or hardware issue? I can not even see the microphones in the car, any one know where they are located?
my software SWI83-29867-1300R17, is this the latest software for MG5 FL LR?
ps: friend of mine have R12, seems no issue with bt call.

Not sure of the exact location but you could unclip the console and take a look.
