MG5 PFL Cabin Filter Access

My PFL LR recently had its 2nd service and since then the heater fan has been noisy at higher speeds. I was going to check if they had fitted the new pollen filter correctly but could not work out how to get the glovebox out. The videos I have found on YouTube seem to show a different glovebox to mine! Any tips?

I'd advise you not to touch it.
Take it back to the dealer and tell them you think they may have caused a problem when they fitted it.

They are not close and they are bound to want the car for the day. If its a simple as them not putting the cover back on properly I would rather DIY.

Where can I get replacements? Not sure I want to get them from MG. TIA
