I love my MG4 Xpower
I've had little to no issues since getting it in December!
But i bet you all share my irritation and frustration with this lol

If you have your windscreen wipers on auto when its been raining as soon as you sit on the seat after its been raining they come on before you have chance to shut the door and you and the interior of the car gets absolutely soaked! WTF

If you haven't experienced this yet it will give you a nice surprise when it does LOL

Design flaw!

And it will get you wet in other ways!

Sat in Maccy d's just yesterday having a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a coffee.
I estimate we were sat for about 25 minutes in the car eating.

It was raining heavily yesterday.

I usually exit the car and put my rubbish in the bin.

Due to the rain I drove from my space to the bin.

This required a touch of left hand down to stop dead opposite the bin.

No more than a couple of mph required.

As I approached the bin I lowered my window and came to a stop.

A complete waterfall came straight in through the open window, soaking the door panel my leg and the carpet.

I can't remember if I laughed or not, in fact I will look at the dashcam now and report back! ?

My fault really as I polished my roof recently and the rain beads beautifully, just waiting for an opportunity.......

I did not even know the wipers had an auto function. I might need to switch this on.

Brilliant exactly what I say every time it happens

Been caught by this a couple of times last winter. Usually happens when I've parked with the wiper still on intermittent, got in the next day when it was still raining and as my bum hits the seat the wiper do a single wipe and dump the water over my legs as I close the door,

amazingly for the UK, it's not actually rained since I got my car so I've not had the pleasure of this yet, nor putting the power down in the wet

You will be staggered!

Oh hang on a minute.
Standard rubber?

You will be impressed.

If you push on in the wet you might get the back end sliding.

All recovered quickly by the electronics, but it can let go, which can be frightening or exciting, depending on whether you are being caught out or expecting it.
