My upgrades and does your ZS have these niggles?

I can't comment on France as we took the Bilbao ferry. Charging wasn't a big issue but I did use Electroverse, ABRP and Google to find charging stations as they don't all tell the same story, and there were more choices on the more southerly route we took going down than the more northerly route we took coming back.

To be honest, proving it could be done was one of my motivations for the trip.

Last year I did Route66. I would NOT do that in an EV!

The radio software is absolutely terrible.
Absolutely! Why do I have to make about 5 touches to change to the next favourite station, trying to squint at tiny fonts and no station icons to make it easier - all whilst driving. Why no button on the steering wheel or screen to just go to the next favourite.
5) Took it to the dealer for a whole range of (IMO) software niggles, wanting to be sure it was in the best possible condition before the long trip. Not that they did anything apart from allegedly update the software for the auto-mainbeam and couldn't replicate the issue I has with the rear passenger side door inside handle or a rattle around the dash
The whole interface seems like it was designed by an intern; it's just really clunky and non-intuitive, small icons, slow response. It's a toss-up which I've done more - hit the tiny button a second time thinking I'd missed it, or thought I'd hit it and it just hasn't responded at all.
My wireless charging plate just makes my phone overheat, but I use wireless charging all the time in the house without issues.
I'm just really disappointed with the tech in this car ('24 ZS EV Trophy Connect). The car itself seems ok - it's no Tesla, which I didn't expect at this price point but I have been appalled by the technology.
