Need manual guide for wall charger EVC-VS200-32C

Hi All,
I just installed the Wall Charger 1phase 7kW model EVC-VS200-32C , got it from the MG dealer when I bought the MG 4ev, but it doesnot have detailed manual guide how to connect to WiFi / Bluetooth or the apps. only comes with the RFID card to START/STOP charging.
Been asking my dealer but they don't have it either.

Anyone can share one ?

Just got 3rd party provider from the car dealer setting the wall charger (instalation package, bad coordination from the dealer and the installer ), it has to be set by software using usb cable (have to open the backside of the wall charger) and their software. it set to connect to the Electric Power Company cloud via my home internet wifi. Trying to contact evpowergroup support and see how's their response.

Looking at that picture I think you should get an electrician to check your wiring, the live wire seems to be damaged,

Are you meaning the insulation close to the terminal? I agree that this looks "suspect" in the photo. The bit between the neutral "kink" and the live wire also looks odd.

Thanks for the advice, it is OK, the insulator between the wire was not cleaned enough (grey insulator). Its not perfect but it is safe and secured, but will get the electrician to look at it and make sure everything OK

My electricity supplier (octopus go) does a cheap rate period ie 9pence per kilowatt hour,at 12am until6am .The MG4se has scheduled charging so I switch that on ,plug it in to my charger and the car does the timing and charging simples.why bother with all this fancy Wi-Fi and smart charging when the car has the capability. Hope this helps ???

Excuse me Mr exact according to the ROYAL OBSERVATORY midnight is neither am or pm ,I would have thought most normal people would realised cheap rate is at night and not a nonsense.DUUUUU

That's why I use the 24 hour clock so my cheap rate is from 00:00 to 07:00
