New 100kW charger at Tomatin.

Was looking at the Pogo charger map and spotted a new one, that's about halfway between Inverness and Aviemore on the A9 so it's another welcome stop to fill in the gaps.

The map says that charger is a 22kW one. No mention of a 100kW charger at Tomatin; it's at Culbokie, north of Inverness, not far from the A9 bridge over the Cromarty Firth.

If you zoom in on the map you'll see the 2nd one, 2 x 100kW. I've used the one at Culbokie, it's 150kW :)

That's what seems to be the consequence of the regulations about public chargers having to take ordinary bank cards. These can't, so Tesla isn't allowed to make them public after 24th November.

What if you’ve paid for the year with Tesla ?

The Tesla open for all map in Scotland would be pathetic if this happens. They would be obliged to allow customers to cancel of remaining term's fees and get a refund if annual subscribers. If they didn't they would be betting on not being taken to court as I don't think any judge would support their argument which would be playing fast and loose with their reputation.

My betting is that Tesla will ignore any regs (if they are actually applied/enforced) and carry on as they are.
