New around here 👋 .. need some help!

Hiya everyone.

At risk of sounding a right plum, but need a bit of advise on the ismart app. Just purchased the mg hs trophy manual also petrol, 2024 onwards model (new facelift)

All I can do in the app is lock and unlock the doors, is this right? Or should I be able to set climate etc.. does anyone know? And if you do could you explain it to me like I'm a 2 year old.

Hi @Sha , when you first open the app do you get a screen something like this?

If so, you need to scroll down slightly to see the rest of the screen.

Sha - As you have a petrol model, I dont think it will have the facility to preheat / select climate controls like you would have with a full electric model, sorry.

Ahhh ok. Here's me thinking I could warm the car on cold days before I get in. The navi manual said it was a feature same as phev on the trophy but not on the SE. Literally being round in circles.. thought I can't be that dull - thankfully it woukd seem I'm not it simply doesn't look like s feature! Thank you
