Hi all,
just joined this forum, I have an MG4 Trophy ER and this is my first EV having had Toyota Hybrids for last few years. Nothing against Toyota as I have always found them reliable and relatively economical but when I saw that the MG4 was on offer and having taken a test drive I was very impressed and placed my order there and then. I have had the car for just over 2 weeks and so far no issues. I saved £10,000 off the list price and took advantage of the Octopus Energy offer that was on at the time. This gave me £299 credit on their Electroverse card to use when not charging at home and a further £299 credit on my Electric bill. I am a customer of Octopus Energy anyway and I have switched to their Intelligent Octopus Go Tariff which gives me 6 hours of cheap electricity (7p kwh) between 11.30 pm to 5.30 am. Absolute no brainer.
My only gripe is the rear reversing camera doesn't give as clear an image as my Toyota did. It has 360 degree camera.
