To the forum. 🙂👍

Thanks for welcoming me to the forum this will be my first hybrid car my local MG dealership said that more people are asking for Hybrids which are also fitted with a petrol engine to charge the electric unit this will be my latest MG I started with the MG 6 then the original MG3 two ZS,s and the HS Thanks again for the welcome

Keep in mind that "old stock" still can NOT have split rear seat and steering column which adjusts for height and reach.
The dealer where you ordered should be able to inform you.
I ordered the car on march 31st the dealer said it wouldn't arrive in the uk till at least the 23rd may so hopefully it will have the latest spec

Yesterday when getting the tires changed on my ZS Hybrid I had a quick seat in a MG32 at the dealership, and the one there definitely had an height and now also depth adjustable steering column and split rear seats. I'd be very surprised if a new delivery now would still be a pevious model year.

Thanks for the reply I will update everyone when my car arrives I ordered the car in Battersea Blue my dealer didn't charge me extra for the metallic paint or a set of mats they managed to secure the order on March 31st before the prices went up on the 1st April

Thanks its just been confirmed mine is fitted with the split seats and steering wheel adjustments collecting it on Thursday
Hello

Is there a big difference with the steering column adjustment? I have the impression that the reach travel isn't very significant... Have you tested the MG3 without the reach adjustment to compare?

I think it depends on your build I'm fairly tall and tested an se model without the rake steering adjustment and my arms were definitely more stretched but still comfortable the one I tried with the rake adjustment moved the steering wheel approx 1 inch or 25mm

HI Ann as you say Cars without the adjustable reach on the steering doesn't create a problem I think the MG3 is a stylish looking and comfortable car the reach steering just made it more versatile with myself and my fiancée driving the car
