At least you got some kind of answer. I was honestly hoping it was something an unknown setting could resolve. Let us know if the s/w update solves it....other not
Just so you know, I finally solved it - the app is bound to the car, and the satnav is working .
I switched dealers (the other one did not seem interested).
It took two visits - one for them to look at the problem and one to contact HQ.
Then HQ told them to get me to bring it back in, and it took them a few hours to resolve. Not sure what was done.
It is helpful for remotely turning on the heating (although it only worked once of the two times I tried it) and generally checking the charging status.
