I am looking for a new car to my wife. She had a Peugeot e-208 for the past 3 years and it was good overall but the range was terrible. In winter she struggles to complete her work travel (100 miles) on a full charge comfortably so considering a MG4 (She wants a small car so that its easy to park in tight parking spaces around London). I have negotiated a brand new MG4 Trophy Long Range in Orange color for £25K which I will be buying from my Business account. The dealer said the deal is valid only if I buy today/tomorrow. Am I mad in spending £25K on a MG car or is it worth the money? From my reading the single most complaint is the lane assistance, is that fixed now or do we have to switch it off everytime when we drive? Many thanks

£25k sounds like a good deal to me for a brand new long range!

We were considering e-208 vs. MG4 and glad we went for the MG4 as it has a bit more room inside and in the boot. No regrets here.

Buy it, that's a good deal. No car is perfect, and some people think the LKA is OK. Even if you don't, it's not really a huge deal to switch it off before you drive off.

I have a 3 years old MG5 and planning to get a new one. Got confused that MG4 is costlier than MG5. Why is that? Any guidance please

MG4 SE SR and LR plus Trophy LR are less expensive than the MG5 equivalent trim levels.
Only the Trophy extended range and X-Power are more expensive.
