- ZS Hybrid+ Trophy
Had my ZS Hybrid+ just shy of 2 weeks, thought I’d put in here the odd niggle and fixes I found for them
iSmart app fails to connect after binding
I scouted round the menus and found where the problem is. From memory it’s something like this:-
1.) From the home screen swipe left and select settings.
2.) Select the Privacy policy option (think it’s the very bottom one)
3.) Make sure you’ve accepted the privacy policy and then enable the Global Data Switch option
My iSmart app connected straight away after this.
Radio/Music only playing through one side of the car
Again from memory I think it’s:-
1.) From the home screen swipe left and select settings.
2.) Select the Volume option
3.) Change the option for MG Sound to All Passengers or Off. All Passengers sounds a bit nicer to my ears as it sounds a bit fuller.
As someone else has stated the Graphic Equaliser appears to be missing as well, and I haven’t found where that is yet (and I’m not holding my breath that I will find it).
I’ve also performed a Factory Reset on mine without too much issue, apart from having to redo some of my settings and radio stations etc.
Cheers,
Steven
(if anyone needs screenshots of the above let me know as I’ve written these up from memory like I said so it might not be 100% correct)
