No Rush For the Renault E Megane?

Considering the interest in the new MG4, at least on this forum, eg people following the progress of ships bringing the MGs to the UK on their shipping app, it's strange that a quick search for similar forum activity for the new Renault E Megane drew a blank. It is also supposed to be hitting the dealers over the next month or so and has generally been well received by media testers but apparently hasn't come close to the MG4 forum activity. Yes, some will say that's because it's not as good but to me the MG brand name is a big draw compared to Renault. Smart move by the makers SAIC.

It's the same platform as the Nissan Ariya, which also seems to be a similar cost and meh, lack of enthusiasm.
