Today, I was sitting at a farm with my grandson waiting for my wife to appear.
I decided to play some of my grandson's favourite YouTube videos on my phone but I got no audio from my phone, that's when I realised that the phone was connected to the car audio system still.
So I decided to power off the MG4 but after this I still could not get any audio from my phone, so a little bit of investigation is seems that the phone stays connected to the MG4 via bluetooth even when you power off the car.....
In the end I had to physically disconnect from the car bluetooth....
This also explains why sometimes at home I get calls from people but I can't speak or hear them because the phone is connected to the MG4 outside even though it's turned off and locked.
I just tried this and my wife can hear me in the car audio when she was standing outside and I was in the house with the MG4 locked.
I don't know how long it takes for the car to physically disconnect the phone after locking...
