I thought the new charger HYPERVOLT was going to work as per the website. But it was not showing on the app so I cannot change it from octopus go. I contacted customer service and apparently it’s not ready yet. Drr

Hi Wayne

Upon looking further into this, it is discovered that the Hypervolt is currently on a alpha test now, so we are testing the Hypervolt to ensure they meet all requirements and ensure there are no issues with the and there is no issue with the software. We cannot say how long this alpha testing will be

Sadly at this moment a the car is not yet compatible with the IO, the best option would be to stick with the GO for the time being.

Can you ask to be part of the testing programme? (If you would be interested in that)
I've had an email from Hypervolt inviting me to be part of the test programme but I don't have a V3. They do seem to be looking for volunteers so drop them a line :)

I've got the givenergy EVSE, which is hopefully in line for integration in the near future.

Would I contact the manufacturer or Octopus?
 
I don't know what Givenergy are doing but they would be the people to speak to in your case.
