Odd display change on ZS EV startup in Eco mode

Anyone had a similar experience. My 2022 MG ZS EV has been very good with only one minor problem fixed for free.

Just lately and odd (though apparently NOT serious) display change has come about. This ONLY occurs in 'Eco" mode and shows 3 green dots located roughly where the front and rear cameras are plus one located near the rear of the front door. The local agents were not much help and it does not give any other error messages. It does not happen at all in the "normal" or "sports" mode and only occurs as you switch on the system.

It would be nice to know exactly what it represents.

Sorry to be a bit slow updating, but I lost my wife of 59 years on Friday. It was very peaceful and I was with her to the end. Just as I got back from the rest home I heard from Tristram motors, the Auckland dealers. It seems that this is now doing the proper thing and indicating that all the systems are OK. Somehow I had not noted this before or the software was running properly. It covers cameras, air bags and radar apparently. It was a tiny bit of good news after a VERY sad day!
