Parking Charges whilst Charging

We don't, at least not in my part of the world, parking is free if you are charging at all HRC car parks.

In fact I've only seen one car park that I would have to pay while charging and that is an underground shopping centre car park.

Some here limit free parking on the charger to 1 hr.

Some here limit free parking on the charger to 1 hr.

Charging time limit here is 45 minutes, after that you pay £1 per minute up to £30 on top of your charging fee.
