Bought my MG HS PHEV from here, excellent service from everyone involved in the purchase of my vehicle.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
 
Just had our 2 year service done.

Cannot fault them. Very friendly, already had the paperwork ready when I walked in. No recalls software upgrades needed. Offer a drink while I waiting. Even informed me when they unplugged the tracker from the ODB port.

Great service and already booked up next years.

Only downside is that MG have stopped Morris the bear. How do I tell the grandchildren. But another years AA in the bag.
 
I would just like to add my own recent experience (Dec 24) of Perkins at Rayne, for my MG4's 1st service under a three-year MG plan: Everything was very professionally handled, and my rather pernickety query list of minor issues, software updates, etc., all thoroughly and 'un-preciously' dealt with and responded to in full. Highly recommended.

BTW, as this thread hadn't been added to for a couple of years, I started another separate thread querying Essex servicing in general, which has many more recent comments about Perkins, HERE.
