Petrol and EV pollution comparison in Australia

This has just appeared in the ABC news feed. It's for Aus, but the basic principles will apply everywhere. Pollution from cradle to grave. A big tick for using solar power.
 
I saw the article today. I note they mentioned the environmental impact of transportation of fuel. I was not sure if this actually included the full impact of: extracting oil, then transporting that by ship to the refinery (Singapore in Australia’s case, I believe) then shipping it to Sydney, then to local storage facilities in each capital city (east coast anyway) then by truck to the local service station. It is a lot of pollution and waste just to get it to the bowser.
With all cars built overseas there is also the environmental impact of shipping them to Australia which I assume counts in the manufacturing cost.
I wonder how much of the electricity supply in the SAIC factory in Ningde is derived from solar or other renewable sources.
