I’ve got a late 22 orange trophy model, I’ve noticed recently a lot of deep stone chips on the bonnet. The paintwork seems really poor, any suggestions on how to repair the chips?

Thanks in advance

There are several threads with mention of issues with the paintwork from flaking off to apparently being particularly soft and in some cases mention of an apparent lack of primer, as some chips were starting to rust.
You probably want to get them covered before the winter and salt starts to be used on the roads. You can get paint pens from paint nuts online.

I’ve noticed a few small ones in the bonnet too. Will get a chips kit and fill them in and prime. Seems paint isn’t the best on the bonnet.

Even looking into PPF treatment or DIY if persists ( Pardon our interruption... )
