Poor set up

I am sick of my car only 2moths old and it’s been in the garage for 3 weeks waiting for permission from head office to order a electric part which controls the emergency phone link but now they’ve got the part there having to wait until China sends the code required to tell the computer it’s all go so to say the least I’m not pleased at all

Why can't they let you have it back until they are sorted out with their faffing about?

It all has to go through head office before they are allowed to continue then thall send the new part.after which it has to be given a code to show the car hasn't been altered in any way and that has to come from China who it seems aren't talking to each other which assume means the computers.yes I could still drive it but every few seconds I get an audible sound telling me the sos isn't working please consult the manual which is a laugh as there is no manual other than on your phone or computer ,something I have never ever come across in my life and I have had dozens of cars in my lifetime
