Possible water inside front door

Has anyone experienced anything similar? When I roll down my front driver side window and pack up, I notice that the window is wet. It's causing streaks and is causing a havoc with lights at night.

I can't seem to find any door drain holes so I'm hoping someone else knows what to do? I'm getting a bit sick of taking this MG4 to the service for such small things.

It looks like rubber is put in the water drain holes at the bottom of the doors during transport, and it should be taken out before the car is handed over to the customer. From other posts, it seems like this sometimes gets overlooked.
