Hi
Unusual question sorry.
Getting my MG3 through Motability and the Dealer has said if I'd like they will top up with £30 of fuel for me.
I would of course have to pre pay for this.
Just for peace of mind, if I were to do this, what would the minimum indication be on the fuel gauge?
I'm thinking at least halfway if tank was anywhere near empty?
Can anyone please assist/help as I'm a very suspicious person :D
Thanks

I'd decline unless they tell you how much per litre first. Otherwise you might just get ripped off - bit like the car hire companies do.

To be honest, seems a bit of a cheek to ask you pay for half a tank of fuel when you are paying ££££ for the car. Tell them to forget the fuel and just put a free bottle of bubbly on the passenger seat instead.

It's a Motability car, I find it difficult to fuel the car myself so it would make it easier for me.

Ok
Just a simple question then, if my car (MG3 Hybrid +) was almost empty and I were to put £30 of petrol (E10) in it how full would the tank be?
For reference I have not taken delivery of my car yet.
Thank you

My dealer put in £25 not sure where it was prior but got to about 75%

It is a 36l tank about 1.35 per l so about 1/2 a tank if totally empty at that price.
