Problems with AC

I bougth a brand new MG Marvel R Luxury however i don't know how to use AC. I think i have some problem on software. I have last update R24. Someone else have same problems?

The problem is that my AC doesn't work. The car just pushes the air from outside and no cold or heat comes inside. It just blows air! I think I have to contact the seller. I just wonder if someone else has the same issue.

I don't maybe there could be some problem with ac, doesn't seems like it is some system problem. Never know is mg that knows with alot of bugs man. Well good luck with new mg model

could you post a picture of your current AC settings screen and the external temperatures displayed on cluster and center screens?

Problem solved. Was a pipe with a small leak. The gas tank was empty. They solved my problem. Thx all
