Problems with buttons and paddles on steeringwheel

Hello, from this morning the buttons and paddles of my steeringwheel of my cyberster GT do not work anymore. Did somebody had the same problem and what was the solution? Thanks

It looks like the connection between the steering wheel and the system has come loose (see picture). So, quickly to the dealer. Seems like a very annoying problem to me. Good luck with it.

Thanks for the information. I also think this will be the problem, suddenly yesterday is start working again, after i had to turn in a small street, so my steeringwheel went from full left to full right, maybe it popped in again.
