Problems with Pod Point locking up ?

I took delivery of a new MG HS PHEV trophy (2024 facelift) during December and charging it from my Pod Point Solo 3 is always interesting - it’s easy to start the charge, with both ends of the MG supplied cable slotting in really easy. However, at the end of the charge, the cable doesn’t want to release, either at the car end, or at the charger end, or sometimes neither ! Pod Point give you a number of things to try, but I usually get to the last bit, where I have to turn the RCD breaker unit off and on again before both ends are freed up. Has anybody else had this problem ? Also, Pod Point say that there should be a manual cable release on the car, but I’ve not been able to find any reference to this in the (useless) electronic user manual. Can anyone advise where this might be ?
