Rattle under car heard when windows down

I believe the rattle is from the heat shield but not confirmed. will this settle in time?
Anyone else have rattles outside vehicle?

Needs investigation as do not know of any heat shield.

I looked underneath and there is a heat shield or similar round the exhaust pipe..
